    • Apricot with Orange + Honey-- a fruity and naturally sweet preserve with a hint of orange citrus. Summer apricots are simmered with fresh, zesty oranges and wildflower honey and then whipped until super smooth so that the entire jam embodies the uniquely luxurious texture of honey. Perfectly paired with washed rind cheese. Delicious served with roast duck or pork loin. Simply perfect served over vanilla ice cream or crème caramel.
    • Heirloom Apple with Maple Syrup -- A traditional and elegant artisan apple butter! The flavor profile of our favorite heirloom apples are bold, crisp, and with a nice, juicy acidity. Simmered in Vermont maple syrup for an extended period of time, these apples become creamy and buttery with maple’s unique essence. Simply perfect with a classic cheddar cheese, spread on freshly baked croissants, delicious accompaniment for roast pork or chicken. 
    • French Onion with Rosemary -- Inspired by the rich, decadent flavors of a classic french onion soup, we cook onions overnight with brown sugar, apple cider vinegar, rosemary, and toasted caraway seeds for a uniquely “nutty” taste, and then finish the next day with a generous splash of bourbon. Excellent pairing for alpine style and washed rind cheese varieties. Stir into a macaroni and gruyere cheese dish for big flavor. Delicious accompaniment with polish smoked kielbasa sausages.
    • Tart Cherry with Cardamon + Port -- Made with the finest tart cherries, we incorporate their piquancy with the unmistakable flavor of rich, tawny port and exotic cardamom which takes the flavors of tart cherries to a whole new level. A must for the cherry lover! A splendid combination for a creamy blue cheese and aged goat cheese. Delicious glaze for roast duck. Decadent over chocolate lava cake.
    • Spiced Plum +Port -- an elegant spiced, luscious preserve is composed of juicy plums slowly simmered with raisins, a rich tawny port, apple cider vinegar and anise. Perfect for pairing with the very best blue cheese. Create a savory tart filled with this jam, top with cheese, and bake till golden.
    • Caramelized Fig with Pear + Honey -- Taking a classic fig jam to a new, complex level, we blend figs with fresh orange, pears, honey, and apple cider vinegar to create a luscious fig jam. A great pairing for goat cheese, brie, camembert, gorgonzola and triple crème cheese. Delicious savory treat served in a tart topped with blue cheese. Spread over pizza base and top with prosciutto, cheddar and portobello mushrooms for an easy yet incredibly delicious dinner.
    • Roasted Garlic -- The characteristic pungent flavor and natural spice of garlic mellows down and sweetens when simmered with our very own spice blend, revealing an exuberant umami flavor. Toss roasted potatoes with this savory delight or spread over a burger for extra flavor.
    • Wild Blueberry -- Featuring wild blueberries from a small family farm in Maine, this jam captures the renowned bold and tart taste of blueberries embodied in this special variety. Harmonizes beautifully with roasted lamb, delicious with mascarpone cheese in a Tiramisu and atop your favorite vanilla cheesecake.
    • Strawberry Rhubarb -- Perfectly ripe strawberries are simmered in a rhubarb and lemon base. We love this preserve as a delicious glaze for red snapper, perfect atop vanilla ice cream and delicious included in pies, tarts and scones.
    • Jalapeno + Lime -- The characteristic bright green and fresh jalapeño pepper when cooked with lime, offers rich, refreshing and vibrant flavors accompanied by a nice, mild heat. This stunning combination makes for a great glaze over swordfish steaks or salmon, a delicious crema when combined with sour cream and a great increment to a cornbread.
    • Raspberry + Hibiscus -- Inspired by fragrant and delicate Hibiscus flowers,  simmered with the finest ripe raspberries with organic hibiscus flower petals. A perfect accompaniment for mahi mahi or fresh tuna and phenomenal when layered into a classic bread pudding with goat cheese.
    • Classic Orange -- This classic marmalade features the freshest sweet oranges harvested throughout the year, with a traditional fine cut rind. It presents a juicy tang that can be paired with goat cheese or Parmigian Reggiano, makes a delicious salad dressing when whisked into a vinaigrette and a perfect addition if swirled into a fudgy brownie.
